Anthony P. Marcozzi Jr., Esquire has been a practicing attorney in the area for nearly 30 years. He is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Anthony received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he now teaches the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP) for current law students each year. Anthony attended Widener Law School at night while working as an adjuster for a large insurance company during the day. While obtaining his law degree, Anthony was also a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Anthony received a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from LaSalle University.
Before opening his own firm, Anthony worked at a larger firm practicing insurance defense and also served as a municipal court prosecutor. Since opening Marcozzi & Marcozzi in 1995, Anthony has been representing injured clients in workers compensation and personal injury matters and defending clients in criminal, municipal court and juvenile matters.
CHRISTINE M. MARCOZZI
ASSOCIATE
Christine M. Marcozzi, Esquire joined her family law firm upon graduating from Villanova Law School in 2015. She is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Christine attended Villanova Law on a full academic scholarship where she graduated 4th in her class magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a national honor society. She was the Class of 2015 recipient of the Villanova Law Alumni Association Award for Pro Bono Service and also received a Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service.
At Villanova Law, Christine was an associate editor on the Villanova Law Review. She was also a member of the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services where, as a student representative, she aided her client in successfully achieving asylum status. Christine received her B.S. in Environmental Science & Policy from the University of Maryland in 2012.
In her time outside of work, Christine serves as the fundraising & events chair for the Young Friends of Vetri Community Partnership, a nonprofit dedicated to helping kids and families experience the connection between healthy eating and healthy living.
Since joining Marcozzi & Marcozzi, Christine has concentrated her practice representing injured clients in workers compensation and personal injury matters and defending clients in criminal, municipal court and juvenile matters.
Dara Marcozzi, Esquire has been practicing as a licensed attorney in the area for over 30 years. She is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Dara received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law - Camden where she received a full scholarship based on academic merit and leadership. Before becoming a partner at Marcozzi & Marcozzi, Dara worked at a larger firm practicing insurance defense. Dara received her B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
In her time outside of work, Dara has served as the Co-Chair of the New Jersey Governor’s Gynecological Workgroup, Co-Chair of the Cooper Cancer Institute Breast and Gynecological Cancer Event and Co-President of the South Jersey Chapter of National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. She also serve on the Board of Trustees of the Camden County Bar Association, the Board of Directors of Regional Legal Services and an arbitrator in the Camden County Court System.
